True to Executive Chef Greg Lopez's vision, Urbane is a unique organic restaurant in Seattle where creates "good food come from good ingredients." Chef Lopez's menu is created from fresh, seasonal ingredients from across Washington State and the Pacific Northwest. Urbane serves food from the farmers and fisherman, dedicated to sustainable growing and bringing the best product to market.

Our changing menus reflect the seasonally of local ingredients, including fish and seafood of the Pacific Northwest. Chef Lopez prepares deliciously simple cuisine that allows the fresh ingredients to complement each other without compromising its natural taste. Savor wonderful dishes like the Painted Hills sirloin with chanterelles and herbed butter, Muscovy duck confit with faro, armangac dried plums and parsley salad and the decadent apple crisp.
